12 Weeks to Super Health by Dr Sunil Kumar

BAPIO Health and Wellbeing Forum Presents Healthy Habits for life which is a 12 week programme. Dr Sunil Kumar is a UK-based Anaesthetist and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and Co-Vice Chair of Health and Wellbeing Forum.

The program is specially designed for BAPIO members focusing on their Nutrition, Physical activities, Sleep hygiene and Stress management techniques.

It is a successful approach to achieving your health goals and ensuring sustainable change that fits in with your lifestyle.
