The British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) is delighted to announce that, following an open application and interview process, Dr Anisha Roy and Dr Nandana Nair have been selected as the co-chairs for BAPIO Young Doctors Forum (YDF) for 2024-25.

Both Dr Roy and Dr Nair are junior doctors, working in Bristol and London, respectively, and have been part of the YDF committee previously. They are both passionate about medical education, organizing  teaching programs for young doctors / medical students and promoting the rights and well-being of international medical graduates.

Over the coming year, Dr. Roy and Dr. Nair, along with their committee, will be working closely with BAPIO’s divisions, forums and arm’s length bodies to expand YDF’s reach and activities.
