COVID-19 Update

Coronavirus COVID-19

Dear Friends,

As the impact of COVID-19 is being felt by us all I am writing to let you know what we, at BAPIO are doing to ensure that we continue to provide the service and support that you need whilst prioritising the health of our employees and their families.

We appreciate our NHS is about to face one of its biggest tests yet, and our healthcare professionals who already work so hard will be put under immense pressure.

BAPIO is following the advice of the government and Public Health England while putting the safety and wellbeing of our members, patients and all the staff first. We have urged the Government to provide protective gear and also provide testing for symptomatic health care workers and immediate family members.

BAPIO is committed to delivering our services and solutions to the highest possible standard.

The following arrangement will apply from today till further notice
• Our staff will be mostly working from home.
• Staff will continue to be available to speak with members via telephone and communicate via email.
• The office will be closed to drop-in visitors.
• For important meetings, video / phone conference facilities are available

We are here to help you during this unprecedented crisis.
If anyone feel under pressure and needs any advice, please contact BAPIO office.
Stay safe and please look after yourself while looking after others.
