What to expect:
Over the past year, we have worked with partners across the UK and Europe to map current legislation and soft policy on workplace aggression. Drawing on this research, we developed a prevention framework along with a practical toolkit and diagnostic tool to help organisations recognise and prevent incidents of aggression and bullying at work.
At the Business Breakfast, we will:
- Share the final findings from the policy mapping project
- Launch our workplace aggression prevention toolkit
- Explore practical steps employers can take to build safer, more respectful workplaces
